Eviana Breuss, MD, PhD is an experienced clinical research scientist and medical professional. Dr. Breuss is a Founder of AleCloud Kids Foundation. More than 20 years, she conducted basic and clinical research at Washington State University, New York Medical College, Columbia University, and NYU School of Medicine. Dr. Breuss completed postdoctoral training in molecular biology at Westchester Medical Center, and Columbia University with a particular focus on novel cancer therapeutics for pediatric patients that have been published in national peer-reviewed journals. She has extensive experience in writing and running government and non-profit organizations grants, IRB and IACUC protocols, preclinical and clinical trials, evaluating emerging technologies, collaboration opportunities, and establishing lasting academia-industry partnerships. Dr. Breuss has experience in financial planning, fundraising, marketing, and web-design.
The two-time World championand Prize-winner of Ukrainian and International Championships in Grego-Roman wrestling, Mr. Smirnov has more than 20 years’ experience working as Vice-President of the Ukrainian Federation of wrestling.
He is one of the strongest worlds recognized athletes who achieved higher results both as an athlete and a coach, caring the most valuable qualities such as highest professionalism, dedication, perseverance, and the ability to extract an idea from personal experience and transform it into an individual method of training. The desire to make the training process interesting and exciting for each student is one of the main talents of Mr. Smirnov. Recently joining New York City, he has been already recognized by NYC professional sports associations and cited by New York State Assembly due to the offering our community professional services and dedicating his time to children in need as well. We are proud to have Mr. Smirnov on our Board of Directors and look forward to establishing our sports activities for kids with mental and learning disabilities. Mr. Smirnov received his bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, as well as a master’s degree in economics. He serves as a team member for several charitable foundation in Europe and Canada and has been honored by Ukrainian community saving lives for many women and children, as well as providing services for military personnel.
Aliona Yakubouskaya holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and worked as a New York State licenced Provider in early childcare until became mother of two. She extensively devoted her time to helping children with learning and mental disabilities in Kings County. Aliona has been personally exposed to the IEP related legal matters in coordination with regional DOE and CSE. She helps different families to reach their financial goals and appropriate special education services, as well as healthcare. She serves as a Financial Director of our foundation.
Sabina Oletsky is an experienced Speech and Language Pathologist. In February 2006, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences at Brooklyn College, City University of New York. During that time, Mrs. Oletsky minored in Children’s Studies. She received Dean’s Honor List award in Fall 2002. In 2005, Mrs. Oletsky was selected to present her Senior Seminar Thesis at Rochester Institute of Technology for Undergraduate Research in Communication. The thesis was called “The Effectiveness of Touch as a Tool of Impression Management”. Mrs. Oletsky obtained a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology in September 2013 from Long Island University. She also received an award in May 2011 for the Sigma Alpha Eta Speech-Language-Hearing Honor Society.
During her years at the Undergraduate and Graduate Master Program, Mrs. Oletsky has received the following certifications: Certificate of Achievement for the Senior Honors Thesis; Certificate of Attendance of Infection Control-Bloodborne Pathogens & OSHA Regulations Training; Certificate of Attendance to the Basic Course on the DIR/Floortime Model taught by Stanley I. Greenspan, M.D; Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP); Teacher of Students with Speech-Language Disabilities (TSSLD); Bilingual Extension to the TSSLD – in the Russian Language; and New York State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
Alesia Varga is an experienced facilities program coordinator at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She belongs to the multidisciplinary and multicultural team of medical professionals, students, and staff. Her work is dedicated to planning, design, build, operate, and maintain SUNY campus for education, research, and patient care. As a mother, she knows ins and outs of New York City Common Core curriculum and must solve everyday questions related to school placement, afterschool activities, and health. She wants to be a part of the foundation to make children with mental and learning disabilities adjust to the society and build their professional future.
As the conflict continues to escalate in Ukraine, a dire humanitarian crisis is unfolding as families are being forced to flee their homes. Holding bachelor’s degree in Internal Medicine, Yuliana Khomych worked together with her colleges in support of Ukrainian people facing increasingly dire choices as the conflict intensifies. With more than 10 years’ experience as a medical doctor specialized in Otolaryngology, she offered clinical care to those who need it most. As a mother of two girls, she was deeply connected with families forced to migrate to the Eastern Ukraine where she resided. Yuliana was primarily involved in distributing relief supplies such as food, water, bedding, clothing, hygiene sets, first aid supplies and providing medical care and mental health support.
