The AleCloud Kids Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to extending learning opportunities and care solutions during OST (out-school time). We focus on the areas of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math). Our goal is to design and provide evidence-based programs to engage in advisory services, academic curriculum, conduct research, and offer special education testing services.
We are a group of professional women organized exclusively for public benefits of academic education, healthcare, and diversity of the New York City residents and nationwide. Our team wants to enhance kids’ interest in higher education and guide them on track of success, especially those students who disproportionately lack access to critical support and services required for college admission.
The foundation leverages strategic and cross-sector partnerships to ensure that children, including those with mental and learning disabilities, have strong academic and economic opportunities. We formed for the charitable purpose to offer direct social and emotional learning (SEL) support to children and expand advanced professional care
The foundation leverages strategic and cross-sector partnerships to ensure that children, including those with mental and learning disabilities, have strong academic and economic opportunities. We formed for the charitable purpose to offer direct social and emotional learning (SEL) support to children and expand advanced professional care, including schools, juvenile systems, and other allied youth fields.

Our wide range of programs include educational, paraprofessional, recreational, and culturally age-appropriate activities, increasingly prioritizing SEL and NYC Common Core Learning Standards (CCLS). We intend to promote academic classes, family workshops, STEM programming, school evaluations, and college students training.
We anticipate engaging in fully & partially subsidized programs through grants, partnerships & scholarships. We want to ensure that children have strong learning and economic opportunities, as well as formed for the charitable purpose of offering direct support to special education as a part of OST.
We focus on making the maximum positive effort to the multilingual New York State community to serve as a bridge between academic, healthcare professionals, and families, especially helping disabled children to experience a care in way that promotes hope, healing, and happiness that every kid deserves.
